At Bookingz.in, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the rules applicable to bookings made through our platform.

1. Cancellation by Users

• Users may cancel their bookings through the Bookingz.in website or application, subject to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
• Cancellation charges, if any, are decided by the respective service provider (hotel, travel operator, cab provider, event organizer, etc.).
• Certain bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable. Such conditions are clearly shown before payment.

2. Refund

• UsersEligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallet).
• Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 working days, depending on banks and payment gateways.
• Convenience fees, platform charges, or payment gateway fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation by Service Providers

• In case a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, Bookingz.in will assist users with a full refund or an alternative option, subject to availability.

4. Force Majeure

• Bookingz.in shall not be responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, or technical failures.
