3. Pricing & Payments All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless mentioned otherwise. Prices are determined by service providers and may change based on availability, taxes, or demand. Bookingz.in reserves the right to cancel bookings arising from technical or pricing errors.

4. User Conduct Users agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate any applicable Indian laws. Bookingz.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or unlawful activities.

5. Intellectual Property All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and software on Bookingz.in are the exclusive property of Bookingz.in. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability Bookingz.in is not liable for service quality, delays, cancellations, or disputes between users and service providers. Any liability of Bookingz.in shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the concerned booking.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
